Returns and refunds

Once transaction goes through, processing has begun. You only have 24 hours to cancel order. 

• Items are not eligible for a return unless you receive an incorrect order, if so, please contact Icnjewelsshop@gmail.com.
  For any damaged item(s), you must submit photo evidence within 24 hours of delivery (a refund or replacement will be given).
• Once orders are shipped, not responsible for lost packages. Please contact USPS (+1-800-275-8777). No refunds will be given for lost packages with tracking number stating “Delivered”.
